Pregnancy is a wonderful thing and women need not fear exercise as staying fit and active is extremely beneficial both during and after pregnancy.

 

There are many benefits to both mother and unborn child of controlled regular exercise and appropriate nutritional guidance such as fitness for birth, avoiding excessive weight gain, foetal vestibular development, foetal brain and CNS development,  improved sleeping pattern, increased energy levels, improved digestive transit, reduction in problems associated with water retention, improved posture and reduction in back pain.
